PresentationToREA-Dr Fausto Guzzetti (CNR IRPI) will make a presentation at the REA - Research Executive Agency on “Remote Sensing for Detection, Mapping & Monitoring of Landslides & Ground Deformations”. The international workshop is organised by the REA, to present to the EC the results of several downstream projects, including the FP7 EU project DORIS.

NEREUSThe workshop, organized by the Technologies for Earth Observations and Natural Hazards (TeRN) Consortium, jointly with the National Research Council of Italy (CNR), presented to the Network of European Regions Using Space Technologies (NEREUS), and to the space community, the main results obtained by the FP7 DORIS project. The workshop was held in Brussels on 26 September 2013, at the Basilicata Region Brussels Antenna office, in Avenue des Arts 19 AD, and represented the final dissemination event for the DORIS project.

The meeting was held in Madrid, Spain, on 3 September 2013, organized by Instituo Geologico y Minero de Espana (IGME) and hosted by National School of Civil Protection. During the meeting, the DORIS team presented the results of the project.

The meeting was held in Foligno, Umbria, on 20 June 2013, hosted by local Office of Civil Protection (Centro Funzionale Decentrato - Regione Umbria). During the meeting, the DORIS team presented the results of DORIS project achieved in the italian test sites. An introduction on the activities that will be developed in the frame of LAMPRE project was also done.

The meeting was held in Caixaforum, Palma de Mallorca, Spain, on 11-14 June 2013, organized by Instituo Geologico y Minero de Espana (IGME) in collaboration with the University of Catalonia. During the meeting, the DORIS team presented the results of the project.

The meeting was held in Bedzin, Poland, on 16-18 April 2013, hosted by PGI-NRI. During the meeting, the DORIS team presented to the invited stakeholders the project results. A field trip to the polish test site was organized.

The meeting was held in Budapest, Hungary, on 27 February - 1 March 2013, hosted by MFGI. During the meeting, the DORIS team presented to the invited stakeholders the results of DORIS project. The team also discussed on the validation activities. A full day field trip to the Dunaszekcső test site was organized.

The meeting was held in Palermo, Sicily, on 16-18 January 2013, hosted by the Regional Department of Civil Protection. During the meeting, the DORIS team presented to the Regional Department of Civil Protection of the Regione Sicilia results of the DORIS project. The Regione Sicilia presented to DORIS problems related to the mapping and monitoring of landslides in NE Sicily, a study area of DORIS.
